A Little Ray of Giving

By Scott Nowak

Ray White is again teaming up with Rotary and Ronald McDonald House Charities throughout Australia and New Zealand to bring some cheer to less fortunate families during the Christmas period.

What is A Little Ray of Giving?

It is Ray White’s Christmas gift drive that is run throughout November and December where residents in the community are encouraged to buy and deliver gifts to put under a giving tree in their local Ray White office. The gifts are then collected before Christmas by the partnering group and distributed to appropriate individuals and organisations throughout the local community.

How long has A Little Ray of Giving been going?

Ray White Allambie Heights has run the program
since 2008. In 2012 the Ray White network adopted the campaign, 100 offices got involved for the first year. In 2013, 180 offices collected gifts for vulnerable, disadvantaged or children in need.

How to get involved?

All that needs to be done to get involved is to buy a present for a child and bring it into your local Ray White office where the present can be wrapped and tagged. The gifts are tagged according to gender and age, this way we can make sure appropriate gifts are being delivered to the children.
